What you will Learn:

Our Boot Camp is a dynamic 30-hour leadership coaching certification workshop that provides an in-depth look at ICF core competencies, coaching tools, ethics, and case studies. Leaders will have the opportunity to practice coaching and implement their skills in real-world scenarios.   

Join this global cohort to receive 30 hours of ICF-approved training, education, and experiential learning. Graduate with the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences needed to immediately begin Coaching anyone, anywhere.  

We integrate our own unique Couageous Coaching perspective based on Dr. J.R. Flatter’s book Courageous Leadership! You’ll leave this workshop with practical and systemic learning – the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences to enhance your leadership traits, become a Certified Executive Coach and meet the ICF requirements for your first 30 hours of coach-specific training.  

This Boot Camp is ideal for:

• Leaders who want to earn coaching certifications and/or add coaching methods to their leadership skills.  

• Coaches who desire meeting International Coach Federation (ICF) certification and/or want to continue to develop their skills or renew their qualifications. This boot camp will provide 30 hours of ICF-approved training.  

• Organizations who want to develop a “Coaching Culture” within their workforce.
